Shipping policy

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to mainland UK at no additional cost. There may be additional delivery fees for the highlands, islands and Northern Ireland. Please contact us at help@buffaloshelving.co.uk if you would like more information about delivery to your address.

Once you have placed your order, if you are outside of UK mainland we will contact you to confirm shipping prices.

 

Dispatch Time

Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our team some well-deserved time off, so any orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Standard UK Delivery (Mon-Fri): 2-5 working days.

We will keep you updated on your order's progress at each step of the process, so you’ll always be in the loop. If you need your order more quickly, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

We pack up your order very quickly as soon as it is received and order amendments are likely not possible after an order is placed. We'll always try to make these changes where possible, so please reach out to our team at help@buffaloshelving.co.uk.

Delivery Costs

Standard UK mainland delivery is FREE for all orders.

If your address is outside the UK mainland we will contact you once your order is placed to confirm shipping prices. If you are unsure, please reach out to our team at help@buffaloshelving.co.uk.

How are my items packaged?

Our team will personally package and send out your items with care from our warehouse.

Where possible we will pack multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. Larger items may be packaged separately so they are well protected for the journey.

Would you like to ship to multiple addresses? Please put through a separate order for each address.

 

Returns
