What is the return policy?
Our standard return policy is that we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location but we aim to dispatch orders in 2 working days.
We offer both standard and express delivery options.
To give our team a well deserved rest, our warehouse will close on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm will be shipped the following Monday, apart from Bank Holidays.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. For standard UK mainland deliveries over £50, we offer free standard delivery.
Express delivery options are available at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
